CAPABILITIES

ARMEXIS develops its own family of modular tracked armoured platforms and uncrewed ground systems in response to identified operational needs. Rather than waiting for every requirement to become a bespoke development programme, we invest in product development, build and evaluate Pre-Production Demonstrators, establish scalable manufacturing, and bring credible platform solutions to market. Customers can then select and configure the platform, protection, communications, sensors, mission systems, and support arrangements appropriate to their operational requirement.

We identify persistent capability gaps and develop practical products to address them. ARMEXIS retains control of the core platform architecture, product roadmap, configuration baseline, and continuing development, allowing each platform family to improve without becoming a collection of unrelated bespoke designs.

Our products are modular rather than individually reinvented for each customer. Common platform architectures and shared subsystems provide a controlled foundation for customer-selected protection, communications, sensors, mission equipment, crew systems, and other authorised integrations.

ARMEXIS designs with production in mind from the outset. Product development, supplier selection, configuration control, manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, and capacity planning are brought together to support repeatable manufacture and faster transition from demonstrated capability to scaled delivery.

A product does not stand still after its first delivery. Operational experience, technical evidence, customer feedback, emerging threats, and advances in relevant technology inform controlled improvements across the platform family. This allows new capability to be introduced without sacrificing configuration discipline, supportability, or product integrity.

ARMEXIS supports its products beyond delivery. Depending on the programme, that support may include training, technical documentation, maintenance planning, spares, repairs, upgrades, configuration management, obsolescence management, and continuing engineering support throughout the platform’s operational life.

ARMEXIS controls the product, architecture, and customer proposition while working with selected specialist partners to integrate proven technologies and subsystems. This allows us to move quickly, draw on deep external expertise, and offer customers a coherent ARMEXIS product rather than an unmanaged collection of components.
