ARRON FLINT

Arron Flint brings twenty-two years of experience across the defence, engineering, manufacturing and production sectors.

His career has included functional and managerial roles across Europe, Great Britain and the Middle East, working with the UK Ministry of Defence and major global organisations including Unilever.

Arron has significant experience in high-volume production environments, manufacturing operations, process control, health and safety compliance and continuous improvement programmes. He also has deep hands-on experience with tracked and armoured vehicles, giving him strong practical understanding of the platforms, processes and standards required in specialist defence manufacturing.

As Group Chief Manufacturing Officer, Arron is responsible for production delivery across the platforms being constructed by the business. His role includes oversight of manufacturing activity, production planning, process discipline, facility coordination, operational performance and the general management of the Group’s main production facility.

Arron plays a key role in ensuring that ARMEXIS maintains the production standards, workforce discipline, quality control and operational consistency required to deliver complex land systems and related capability.

Arron studied as an electrical and mechanical engineer with City & Guilds and served an apprenticeship through to full qualification on tracked and armoured vehicles. He also holds several management and industry-related qualifications.

Arron sits on the Board of Directors and is a shareholder.
