LUKE MCLEAN

GROUP CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER, ARMEXIS

LUKE MCLEAN, GROUP CCO

Luke Mclean brings nineteen years of experience across computer-aided design, engineering, operations, facilities management and commercial delivery.


His career has included both functional and managerial roles with a range of major industrial, engineering and manufacturing organisations, including Caterpillar, General Electric, Jaguar, Winder Power Group and the UK Ministry of Defence.


Luke has extensive experience managing multi-skilled engineering teams within high-volume production environments and operating to recognised ISO standards. He is regarded as a subject matter expert in production health, safety and environmental compliance, operational processes, facilities coordination and manufacturing procedures.


As Group Chief Commercial Officer, Luke is responsible for coordinating and delivering facilities and operational activity across the Group. His role includes supporting the alignment of commercial requirements with operational capability, ensuring facilities are fit for purpose, supporting production readiness and helping maintain the standards required for scalable engineering and manufacturing output.


Luke’s experience allows him to bridge technical, operational and commercial requirements effectively. He brings practical engineering knowledge, production awareness and strong process discipline to the Board, supporting the Group’s ability to deliver complex capability to demanding standards.


Luke is a qualified AutoCAD engineer, having studied with City & Guilds. He also holds several management and industry-related qualifications.


Luke sits on the Board of Directors and is a shareholder.
