OLIVIA PRICE

Olivia Price brings nearly a decade of analytical, organisational and operational experience across the defence, engineering and commercial sectors.

Her career has included functional and management roles across the UK, Europe and the United States, working alongside major international brands and organisations including Disney and Kajima Corporation.

Olivia is highly detail orientated and brings strong current industry knowledge, operational discipline and organisational capability to the Group. She has proven experience in research, business continuity planning, internal coordination, process improvement and operational delivery.

As Group Chief Operating Officer, Olivia is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of ARMEXIS and its subsidiaries. Her role includes overseeing business processes, internal governance, audit readiness, budget control, legal and operational compliance, and the implementation of systems that support the short-, medium- and long-term goals of the business.

Olivia plays a central role in ensuring that the Group operates efficiently, responsibly and consistently as it scales. Her focus includes organisational resilience, internal controls, operational planning, communication across business functions and the development of processes that support disciplined growth.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Southampton.

Olivia sits on the Board of Directors, is a shareholder and is a co-founder of the Group.
