ROMAN MOROZYUK

Roman Morozyuk brings twenty-six years of experience across business development, technical development, international sales and strategic customer engagement.

His career has included roles working both with and for government agencies across Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East. He has extensive experience in technical development, product rollout, international sales and customer relationship management, with a particular focus on governmental, law enforcement and military customers.

Roman brings a strong entrepreneurial background and a deep understanding of international business development, customer requirements, procurement environments and market entry strategy. His experience closing deals with government, defence, law enforcement and security-related organisations provides ARMEXIS with valuable global commercial insight.

As Business Development Officer, Roman is responsible for business development activity across international markets. His role includes identifying and developing opportunities, understanding customer-specific requirements, supporting innovation pathways, advising on market needs and ensuring excellent customer service before, during and after the sales process.

Roman works closely with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure that ARMEXIS remains responsive to operational requirements, commercial opportunities and emerging market demands. His focus is on building trusted relationships, supporting long-term partnerships and helping align the Group’s capabilities with customer needs.

Roman holds an MBA in Economics from Kyiv National Economic University and a Master of International Information from the Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Roman sits on the Board of Directors and is a shareholder.
